Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JingVita purchase. Our herbal wellness products are carefully crafted to support your health journey. Due to the nature of our products, please review the following return guidelines:

1.1 Eligible for Return

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days of receipt)
  • Incorrect items received

  • Opened or used herbal patches, balms, or soak products
  • Partial used bath packs or foot soak products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

2. Return Process

  • We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

2.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • JingVita is not responsible for lost return packages

Upon approval, we will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location.

  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credit Card Refunds: 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days

3.2 Refund Amount

  • Full product price refund for eligible items
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

3.3 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
