JingVita currently ships to the following regions:

  • Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other EU countries)
  • Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea)
  • Selected other countries

For specific countries available for shipping, please check during checkout or contact our customer service.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
  • Peak Season/Holidays: 3-5 business days
  • Customized Products: Additional 2-4 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10-20 business days
  • Cost: Calculated based on weight and destination
  • Features: Tracking available, no signature required

3.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: Fixed rate or weight-based, varies by region
  • Features: Full tracking, signature required

3.3 Premium Express

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Cost: Higher fixed rate
  • Features: Priority processing, full tracking, signature required

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Any additional services (insurance, gift wrapping)

Free Shipping Promotion:
We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD. This promotion may not apply during special sales events and is subject to change.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

You can also track your order by logging into your JingVita account.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1 International Orders

  • Customs Declarations: All international shipments include required customs documentation
  • Duties and Taxes: These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs
  • Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on herbal products; customers are responsible for checking their country's import regulations

6.2 United States Orders

  • Sales tax applied based on shipping destination state requirements
  • No additional customs fees for domestic shipments

7. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide complete and accurate address information
  • Include apartment/suite numbers when applicable
  • Use the correct postal/zip code
  • Provide a contact phone number for the carrier

Note: JingVita is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Package Issues

8.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for:

  • 15 business days (Standard Shipping)
  • 7 business days (Express Shipping)

8.2 Damaged Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include photos of the damaged items and packaging

8.3 Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address
  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

9. Returns and Exchanges

9.1 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return address will be provided with your return authorization

9.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return processing fee may apply for non-defective items
